A rustic resort in the heart of the Canadian Rockies + a beautiful couple who are not afraid to show their emotions is one of the best recipes I can think of for a perfect wedding. I had been looking forward to documenting Cole and Meagan’s Nipika Mountain Resort Wedding for the entire season, partially because I had never explored this part of the country before but more importantly was that these two were so in love, so fun and so excited themselves that their energy was contagious.  The day was perfect and laid back, their family and friends were encouraged to go for hikes, mountain biking and exploring through the vast property while the couple prepared for the day. The simplistic and rustic approach to the decor and the day itself was incredible and kept everyone feeling relaxed and comfortable well into the evening reception. I am so grateful to these two for the wonderful opportunity to document their day and this beautiful resort.
