I couldn’t even handle my excitement when I received an email from fellow wedding photographer, Amanda Marie Schwinghammer (Check out her GORGEOUS work here), me to photograph her intimate Las Caletas Wedding. I had the opportunity to hang out with Amanda and James last winter when they visited and we documented their cottage engagement session.

The biggest visual highlights for me were the dress and the location. Las Caletas is the most magical place ever with colourful parrots and pink flamingos roaming around, the most incredible Mexican food I’ve ever eaten, and hammocks everywhere! Amanda had the most incredible two-piece dress (skirt from Linyage) and top from Zahavit Tshuba) it was the absolute perfect choice!

Beyond the gorgeous visuals was an abundance of love and emotion between both James and Amanda and their families. I adore people who wear their hearts on their sleeves and this group was no exception. I am forever grateful to Amanda and James for allowing us to document such a beautiful day in their lives.
