One of the questions I ask on my contact form for clients to connect with me is “what is your favourite movie”. I love the answers I get, I love that I discover new movies to watch or remember old ones that I want to rewatch. I always think you can learn a lot about being through their taste in film. I knew Sonya and Charlie were my ideal couple when the contact form came in and their top movies were: Synecdoche New York, “Anything Directed by Denis Villeneuve” and No Country for Old men. Through various emails back and forth, they also introduced me to Russian Doll on Netflix which was absolutely beautiful.

Sonya and Charlie planned the most laid back intimate restaurant wedding with a ceremony at Fika Cafe to begin the day. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, they said their vows in the cafe, shared coffee and pastries, and walked to Bar Raval for a lunch reception full of amazing food and cocktails.

It was such a pleasure documenting this beautiful intimate wedding.
